Company President/CEO – Rudy started his loss
prevention career in 1989. He has held various
loss prevention careers which include Loss
Prevention Agent, Trainer, Investigator,
Manager, and Divisional Fraud Manager. Rudy has
earned numerous excellence citations through out
his career.
Phillip Dennis, Vice President-East
Coast Operations- Phil started his retail career
in 1988 on the sales side and transitioned over
to Loss Prevention in 1994 after receiving a
Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. He has
held numerous loss prevention positions since
that time which include Loss Prevention Agent,
Loss Prevention Manager, Safety Coordinator,
District Investigator and Divisional Fraud
Investigations Manager in both big box and
specialty retail.
James Peterson, Vice President-West
Coast Operations Vice President-West Coast
Operations- James started his loss prevention
career in 1990. James’ Loss Prevention career
encompasses drug store, membership warehouse,
department stores, and specialty retail where he
has held store and regional positions with both
regional and national retailers.
